Designer UX/UI with Security Clearance
This position requires a Top Secret/ SCI / Full Scope Polygraph
Do you enjoy brainstorming to find creative and compelling design solutions to your clients' biggest challenges? Are you strategic in your research, mood boarding, and exploration of design concepts to help clients feel confident in their campaigns? Then we would like to speak to you! Please Apply! As a Creative Designer you will:
Designs and iterates compelling and strategic design solutions based on creative direction for print, brand, UX/UI initiatives, social media, video, and digital campaigns.
Attends, observes, and at times plays an active role in brainstorming and idea generation.
Assists with design research, mood boarding, concepting, exploration, and execution of design concepts.
Produces creative solutions that are guided by provided strategic creative direction and demonstrates an understanding of the client, brand, end user/customer needs to create impactful and meaningful experiences
Communicates and articulates design intentions and decisions clearly and effectively with project team members.
Continuously improves, innovates, and grows; keeps up with design trends/standards, design programs, and technology.
Attends and takes notes in customer discovery sessions and presentations.
Builds and organizes files correctly using appropriate file type, size, structure, fonts, links, image resolution, and naming conventions, and adheres to backup and storage procedures.
Maintains accountability and time management throughout the design-related phases of projects.
Actively contributes to the sense of community and culture of ADG by maintaining positive work relationships.

Basic Qualifications:
Have a current TS/SCI Full scope Poly clearance
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
3 plus years of experience with Adobe creative software on the Mac platform and PC
Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD (or Sketch), and Acrobat, and MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Have the ability to furnish a portfolio
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships with leadership and teams.
Good communications skills.
Ability to assist in the process of and at times produce fully executed high-quality, concise, complex, and error-free work on time.
Self-starter.
Good listening, note-taking, and distillation skills.
