Kforce has a client in search of a Strategic Pricing Manager in Washington, DC.
Our client is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager who will be responsible for supporting the development of profitable alternative fee arrangements, advising attorneys on the potential risks, serving as key resource for client development and marketing teams, and delivering excellent customer service in response to attorney and client requests.
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
A minimum of three years of financial analytics and/or pricing experience in a fast-paced, service-intensive environment; Prior law firm experience developing AFAs is strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role is preferred
Ability to clearly and concisely summarize complex quantitative concepts, both orally and in written communications to internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint; High level of proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet functionality; Proven ability to manipulate data effectively and present findings to management and lawyers
Experience proactively managing multiple, simultaneous projects; Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and successfully manage competing priorities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills; Ability to consistently communicate effectively and collaboratively with lawyers and staff of all levels
