Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be at the helm of creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in driving qualified traffic and ensuring successful conversion for our clients. We are looking for a professional with strong experience in PPC platforms, search engine marketing (SEM/SEO), and a solid track record in campaign optimization. The project manager is responsible for managing client projects and ensuring timeline delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set campaign goals.
    • Create and maintain Project Trackers to ensure execution of project goals
  2. PPC Campaign Management:
    • Manage paid PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on platforms like AdWords.
    • Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI while staying within allocated budgets.
  3. Data Analysis and Optimization:
    • Utilize analytical tools to assess campaign performance.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, including click-through rate, conversions, ad spend, and creative analysis.
  4. Certification and Expertise:
    • Stay certified in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry best practices and trends.
  5. Multi-channel Expertise:
    • Work in multi-channel B2B product environments and utilize your industry experience in sectors like healthcare, IT, security, and higher education.
  6. Web Analytics and Web Platform Knowledge:
    • Employ web analytical tools and interfaces to gather insights.
    • Be familiar with web platforms, including content management and e-commerce systems like SFMC, SF Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, or Slate.
  7. Creative Design Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives are engaging and aligned with campaign objectives.

Qualifications:
  • College degree - Concentration in Marketing, Business or Communications Preffered
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working for an advertising agency or related marketing field.
  • Proven track record in developing and training client relationships.
  • Understanding of Basecamp, Workfront, Jira, Asana, Slack, Tick for client communication and deliverables.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and a focus on result quality.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, IT, security, or higher education is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in web layout and design.

Plus:
  • Industry knowledge/experience working with companies in Health/Wellness
  • PMP certification or Six Sigma project management certifications.
  • Certification in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is preferred.
