Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience


Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our Growth marketing team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across Meta, Google ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and other similar platforms in addition to building our organic traffic through SEO.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, data analysis, and staying updated with the latest trends in the paid media landscape and working knowledge of SEO. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Support the Senior performance manger to develop a comprehensive paid media strategy, aligned with business goals, target audiences, and creative messaging.
  • Work closely with SLT members to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish campaign benchmarks for effective measurement.
  • Work with our paid media agency to create, execute and optimise paid media campaigns to drive both high-quality leads for our products/services and drive direct revenue from B2C customers. You should also have the knowledge to set up and optimise campaigns on Google and Facebook (including Instagram)
  • Liaise with our paid media agency to create compelling ad copy/visuals to capture user interest and encourage good quality lead submission. Being able to analyse data effectively to filter out low-quality leads to meet revenue targets.
  • Able to create landing pages in Hubspot designed to capture user interest and encourage lead submissions.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI. Optimise campaigns regularly to improve quality and meet KPIs
  • A/B test ad variations to optimize for click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Build organic traffic through search engine optimisation and content working with agencies

Lead Nurturing Integration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing automation team to ensure seamless integration of captured leads into the lead nurturing and sales funnel on Hubspot
  • Work closely with the lead conversion officer to provide insights and feedback to refine lead nurturing workflows for enhanced conversion rates.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Regularly analyse campaign performance data and provide insights to drive optimizations.
  • Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Adjust campaign elements such as targeting, keywords, and ad placements to achieve optimal results.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor spending ensuring proper allocation across different campaigns and platforms and make real-time adjustments to maximize performance within budget constraints.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Use competitive research and insights to enhance our paid media campaigns and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Significant planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
