Experis is partnered with a global hospitality leader in their search for a Senior Support Analyst for their internal Point of Sale (POS) systems, they employ FOSSE and Opera. Knowledge of these systems, even from a user perspective, would be ideal, but is not must-have experience. The Senior Support Analyst should have 5+ years of applicable experience, a hospitality background is highly desired.
Their Service Desk tool is ServiceNow, experience within this type of support environment would be a significant game-changer. This position is referred to as Level III support, as this is the last stop in regarding to resolving user issues after Level I (Oracle outsource) and the on-site Level II teams have been unable to identify a solution.
The technical environment is Linux/Windows servers and Cloud/VMware, their systems operate on an Oracle database networking knowledge would be a tremendous plus!!
This is a 12 month+ contract opportunity located in Bethesda, MD.
