The IPM Technology Risk and Controls Management Team provides oversight, governance, and support for Mission Control and IPM owned Control Domain Authority (CDA) control processes including controls evaluation and review, Audit and 2LOD support and CORE Issue Management. In addition, the team is the LOB representative for the Information Technology Asset Management CDA and Technology Maintenance CDA which provides input into control design, as well as governance and reporting for implementation of controls across CCB. The team will be expanding control governance and oversight for new technologies, such as the Public Cloud.
•*Responsibilities:**
+ Expand the governance and management of Mission Control and IPM technology controls, providing guidance on CDA control standards, processes, and procedures.
+ Perform control assessments to identify potential risks and gaps, initiate process improvements or create issues to ensure compliance.
+ Collaborate with Public Cloud team to review and enhance controls in the Public Cloud to ensure risks have appropriate control coverage. .
+ Partner with senior business leadership and technology teams to define requirements and vet solutions; set direction for controls impacting IPM.
+ Provide periodic, executive level communications of progress to IT senior management including recommendations in resolving issues/concerns.
+ Assist team in driving CCB Products and Product Owners to achieve and maintain IPM control compliance.
•*Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience in Technology Controls and/or Project and Program management experience.
+ Public Cloud (AWS, CGP, Azure) experience, certification in one or more advantageous.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong meeting facilitation skills at all levels including senior management.
+ Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm.
+ Ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail across multiple projects
+ Analytical thinking (analyze data provided by application teams and identify gaps/risks).
+ Strong organization and planning skills.
+ Experience interacting with and communicating to senior management.
+ Ability to lead and influence without having positional authority.
+ Style that promotes a culture of diversity, collaboration and teamwork.
