SNI Technology's top client is seeking to hire a talented Bilingual HR Manager/Generalist for an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity! This is an onsite opportunity in Reisterstown, Maryland

This position is not open to C2C or non-US permanent residents.

JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Manager/Generalist

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources Experience
  • Experience handling employee benefits, quarterly enrollments, 401k plans and etc.
  • Experience onboarding new hires and completing background checks
  • Prior payroll experience and working with ADP would be a plus
  • Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position is in the range of up to $80k annually + annual profit sharing/bonus and benefits for this direct-hire opportunity.
