Job Description

City: Santa Fe Springs Position: Customer Service Rep Hours:  7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm with daily overtime  Pay: $20-25 an hour depending on experience  Skills: Detail oriented, and accurate with putting in information. Must have ability to work in a fast pace department, multi task and prioritize. This candidate will process 450- 500 orders a month. Distribution and/or manufacturing experience is required. A strong Customer Service background is mandatory. This is a fast paced job so we need someone who is fine with that and likes to take on new challenges. Must be great  with customers and developing relationships.  This person will do sales support, order status updates to customers, shipments, entering pricing and orders. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and joins in on team events. AS400 experience is a huge plus as well. Job Requirements

Must have strong customer service experience and experience processing a heavy amount of orders. Background check and drug test will be given.
