Description:
Judge Healthcare is seeking a Histology Supervisor to organize and direct operations of his/her specific lab through utilization of resources.
Lab located near Audubon, PA
This opportunity is Full Time & Permanent!
Monday - Friday - Day Shifts
Job Description:
- Responsible for the organization and direction of day to day operations
- Manage and ensures prompt, quality and appropriate lab testing
- Oversee performance and interpretation of complex laboratory tests.
- Process samples
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, writing policies/procedures, quality control, quality assurance reports, performance reviews, etc.
- Manages staff to insure the accurate and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- 6 years of Histology experience required
