This CONTRACT position has a 100% possibility of becoming permanent. The contract period is most likely a minimum of a year in length. They are looking for people wanting to climb the ladder and make a career with them. If hired permanently, you MUST live within commuting distance of Plano or San Antonio, TX. Permanent offers occur frequently with contract workers and are performance based.
PAY ? up to $37/hr depending on experience ? minimum of 3 years financial institution/banking recruitment experience required. YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN TEXAS.
Interviews set to take place week of March 22 and offers are made within a day or two. They want to add talent ASAP!
- Schedule - Normal business hours for this remote position. Pay is hourly.
-Remote Work Requirements: Equipment is not provided and you must be capable of working at home with high speed internet.
-High volume recruiting of financial and banking professionals ? up to 30 openings to handle simultaneously, so prioritizing is a must. Over 80% of your hires will take place with in-house candidates.
-Frequent communication with regional hiring executives a central job requirement. Must be poised, polished and experienced in client/customer communication. Having the ability to comprehend financial/banking terms and discuss them in a thorough manner with hiring managers is a must.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
? Located in TX, work is currently remote but if hired on permanently, would need to live near Plano hub when offices reopen.
? A MINIMUM of 3 years in high-volume recruiting/sourcing ? however, the hiring managers stated they have found the most successful to have between 5-12 years of experience. Tenure is a MAJOR factor in being selected.
? Must have some financial institution or banking recruitment experience. They need to understand the terms as they recruit for individual bank branches.
? Communication, especially written is heavily emphasized. Someone who take the time to say good morning in an email rather than just ?yes? or ?will do?. Someone who is polished since they will be directly maintaining relationships with banking executives. Qualified to handle client facing communication is key.
? Have to be extremely organized, excellent with time management, adaptable to change, efficient and patient.
? Provide own equipment (remote) & internet
? Ability to stay calm under fire. They will work up to managing 25-30 req?s at once and deal with 25+ hiring executives throughout their region.
