JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides feasibility and application studies, develops plans, and perform system analysis and design for enterprise systems.  Develops, reviews, and/ or evaluates, short, intermediate, and long range system plans and performs technical evaluations, and  best practices for IT operations, services and infrastructure.  Provides advisory and constant services for current and potential users and evaluates commercial off-the shelf software to support enterprise system requirements. Plans, organizes and controls work activities of the project. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services and client services. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

If you do not have experience in enterprise architecture you will not be considered for this position.

At least (12) years of IT experience is required, of which two years must be previous system architecture experience.    The candidate must demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work independently or under general direction only.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
