The Wholesale Initial Disclosure Specialist is responsible for accurately generating the Initial Disclosure package to borrowers within the required regulatory time frames and within the company defined service levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Review Loan Applications, Disclosures and supporting loan level documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance
•Effectively communicate any errors and/or omissions to customers as well as Account Executives and Management
•Complete data entry of 1003 data and itemization of fees into LOS system accurately
•Issue Federal, State, Agency and company required disclosures to borrowers within regulatory timelines
•Resolve loan level issues as needed
•Complete additional tasks as needed
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Strong organization skills
•Proven customer service skills
•Working knowledge of TRID regulations and requirements
•Able to work as a team player
•Working knowledge of Encompass preferred
•Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•2-4 years in the Mortgage Industry experience required
•2 years recent Loan Disclosure or Loan Processing experience required
