FUJIFILM is currently hiring for a Payroll Coordinator! This is the perfect opportunity to join an innovative company experiencing rapid growth. This position is responsible for processing of multi-state ADP Enterprise system payroll.  This includes time sheet data collection, employee changes, customer service, ADP reporting, employee verifications, check distribution, file maintenance and transmission and receipt of ADP payroll files.

¨        Enter the employee changes into the ADP system as required.  These types of changes include garnishments, payroll tax changes, general deductions, emergency information, direct deposit applications, leave of absence data, car allowance/car lease data and miscellaneous employee information.

¨        Enter or review the pay data changes in the ADP system.   These types of changes include time sheet hours worked including overtime and double time, time and attendance batches, adjustments for new hires and terminations, track and report paid time off and accruals, short term disability, worker’s compensation, bonus and commissions.

¨        Process manual checks/voids as required.

¨        Audit of printed reports prior to ADP transmission and verification of processed payroll.

¨        Transmit and receive ADP payroll files as required.

¨        Maintain payroll files.

¨        Year End and W-2 adjustments, i.e., taxable fringe, awards, relocation, 3rd party sick pay.

¨        Provide customer service to all company management and employees as required.  Respond to requests for payroll information from internal and external sources.

¨        Run daily/monthly reports and reconciliation for Finance and management reports

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience.  
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through to resolve outstanding issues. 
  • Exceptional customer focus and the ability to build effective working relationships 

 Desired

  • Experience in a shared services environment preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of ADP EV5 Payroll System & ADPR Report writing application. 
  • Working knowledge of ADP e-Time or Replicon Time & Attendance application.   
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple clients. 
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word applications. 
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion and integrity.
