Job Details:

  • Location: Rockford, IL
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
  • Shifts: All shifts including weekends


Job Duties:


  • Operate and maintain machines while leading a team and monitoring performance
  • Ensure process optimization through routine mechanical adjustments
  • Communicate with the production team and support departments to ensure production needs are met
  • Provide direction to other line members and assigning line members to the appropriate positions
  • Review jackets and ensure proper components and resources are at the line
  • Escalates quality, service, and equipment performance issues to management
  • Answer questions and resolve issues for associates on the line
  • Accurately completes paperwork and places orders as necessary


Qualifications:


  • Availability for overtime and weekend shifts
  • Basic math, computer skills, comfort using technology
  • Apply intermediate reasoning when problem solving
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, sit and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team
