An Engineering Project Manager job in Canton, MI is available courtesy of Modis.  In this position you will drive and develop the safety consulting business within the organization.  This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for the Safety Consultants and Safety Engineers.  You must have an Electrical background/education.

 

Engineering Project Manager job responsibilities include:

•           Manage project budgets & coordinate project schedules with customers and assign resources

•           Have understanding of the Risk Assessment process and conduct risk Assessments on industrial machines to determine hazard rating numbers  

•           Create technical reports   

•           Must have electrical engineering background – knowledge of industrial machinery; and interpret regulations to ensure machine compliance to industry standards and directives

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

•           Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering

•           Must be able to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics

•           Must be able to communicate with professionals at all levels of the organization

•           Project management experience
