Located on the North Shore in Covington, Louisiana, Globalstar recently relocated to a state-of-the-art corporate facility. Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, and/or live chat
  • Deliver an individualized customer service experience with professional courtesy, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the customer relations team
  • Understand and help to improve internal processes, services, and products
  • Assist our partners with their needs and/or their customers' needs
  • Provide feedback to upper management
  • Take ownership of the customer's technical issues and resolve timely
  • Follow documented procedures and adhere to department and company policies



Position skills:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on technology and solving problems with a positive approach
  • Incredible active listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to accurately manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to learn multiple systems quickly

Position requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work a flexible schedule as assigned within a 24/5 environment
  • Experience with Live Chat a plus
