Customer Service Representative

With Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment.

This role will be based at the Eagan office, and will be part of a customer service team answering calls, assisting with order, entering computer data and other similar duties.

Industry: Customer Service/Call Center.

Duties: Basic computer skills: •Familiar with using an internet browser •Ability to download files or save URL's •Upload files •Send and receive email with attachments •Ability to use a word processor •Print materials from computer •Save documents •Create and manage computer files and folders •Download and install computer software •Spend time walking to and from warehouse to locate product orders (30% of the shift). Basic data entry skills: •Ten-key data entry •Entering alpha-numeric data with accuracy •Enter, retrieve and correct database files •Familiarity with basic data processing .

Employment Types: Long Term, Part Time, Temp to Hire, Temporary or Contract, Full Time.
