The Senior Manager, Product Management is responsible for leading all product management activities for multiple Associate Analytics’, Scaled BI products with an end goal of empowering our customers to make the best possible, data driven decisions for their business. The Product Manager should be an intense customer advocate who expertly captures the voice of our customer throughout the product life cycle. They should also be an influential consultant with experience in both the people/human resources function as well as building analytics products/capabilities. Lastly, the Product Manager will closely partner with our Data Stewardship and Business Intelligence teams - often leading agile ceremonies and overseeing the scrum, iterative development process end-to-end.

- You have experience in People Analytics product management and/or consulting capacity with a strong passion in improving overall employee/associate experience through Scaled BI Solutions.
- You are adept in requirements scoping, uncovering the pain points of customers, translating into business requirements for products and solutions that provide the best, most insightful solution, or experience for our customers.
- You have experience driving change management and solution adoption across multiple personas and products through push/pull communication channels and other change management techniques.
- You have experience implementing scaled customer listening mechanisms for established and new products with a goal of leveraging feedback to build prioritized product backlogs.
- You should be comfortable influencing senior leaders and business stakeholders while also building strong relationships across the functional and technology teams.
- You are comfortable leading agile ceremonies and partnering with teams to successfully execute throughout the product development cycle.

Data Source Identification: Supporting the understanding of the priority order of requirements and service level agreements. Helping identify the most suitable source for data that is fit for purpose. Performing initial data quality checks on extracted data.
Data Strategy: Understanding, articulating, and applying principles of the defined strategy to routine business problems that involve a single function.
Understanding Business Context: Requires knowledge of Industry and environmental factors; Common business vernacular; Business practices across two or more domains such as product, finance, marketing, sales, technology, business systems, and human resources and in-depth knowledge of related practices; Directly relevant business metrics and business areas. To Provide recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues. Develop business cases for projects with a projected return on investment or cost savings. Translate business requirements into projects, activities, and tasks and aligns to overall business strategy and develops domain specific artifact. Serve as an interpreter and conduit to connect business needs with tangible solutions and results. Identify and recommend relevant business insights pertaining to their area of work.
Tech. Problem Formulation: Requires knowledge of Analytics/big data analytics / automation techniques and methods; Business understanding; Precedence and use cases; Business requirements and insights. To translate/ co-own business problems within one's discipline to data related or mathematical solutions. Identify appropriate methods/tools to be leveraged to provide a solution for the problem. Share use cases and gives examples to demonstrate how the method would solve the business problem.
Data Visualization: Generating appropriate graphical representations of data and model outcomes. Understanding customer requirements to design appropriate data representation for multiple data sets. Working with User Experience designers and User Interface engineers as required to build front end applications. Presenting to and influencing the team and business audience using the appropriate frameworks and conveys clear messages through business and stakeholder understanding. Customizing communication style based on stakeholder under guidance and leverages rational arguments. Guiding and mentoring junior associates on story types, structures, and techniques based on context.
- Demonstrating up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
- Providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
- Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
