Job Description

Established Computer Software Company looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative. The company is business casual and provides lunch on Fridays. Duties include answering phones, ensure that the customer are getting their issues resolved quickly and prepare change of address records. They offer great benefits, training and personal development to help you succeed and grow. As a customer service representative, you will work with a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. Requirements: •1-3 years experience in customer service, preferably a high volume call center. •Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. •Strong verbal and written communications. •Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy. •Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. •Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team. •Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word •35+ WPM If you can deliver high quality service, then this is the job for you!
