Job Description

Beacon Hill Associates in Georgia is working with a fabulous non-profit in their Savannah chapter for a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Senior Administrative Assistant during their busy summer season. It is likely that this person could go permanent after the busy season (until the end of September), but as of right now the position is just as-needed. We are seeking someone with prior administrative experience who can step into the busy environment and be flexible to assist wherever needed!

Job duties:

  • Perform data entry including meeting data, attendance for all events, donation processing, and constituent contact lists
  • Provide support to rolling out the logistics for all events
  • Oversee the ordering of inventory and office supplies for outreach
  • Assist with communication, coordinating, and directing volunteers
  • Assist with managing speaker requests and communications


  • 1+ years of administrative experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in non-profits preferred

Location: Savannah, GA

Employment Type: Contract (as needed - could potentially go permanent)

Hourly: $16/hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | Six hours/week
