Job Description

Our client is a well-known wholesale distributor looking to bring on a Customer Support Representative to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the sales team and distribution center to grow customer loyalty and provide exceptional service.  This position requires someone who is comfortable corresponding via phone and through email. You will be responsible for providing production information, data entry, providing pricing, monitoring shipment schedules, expedite returns and ensure that inventory levels are accurate.   Compensation: $16.00-18.00 per/hour (DOE) Industry: Wholesale Products Location: Portland, OR Responsibilities: - Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information - Confirming customers' weekly orders - Providing price quotes - Resolving customer issues - Maintain customer accounts - Coordinate communication between the customer, sales team, and other internal staff - Assist with administrative duties including: invoicing, entering and updating customer orders, data entry, and processing return information We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit. Job Requirements

Requirements – What Matters Most: • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience • Relationship driven • Assist and resolve customer's issues in a timely manger • Strong written and verbal communication • Love providing and creating remarkable experiences every day! • Excellent computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
