Customer Service/Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Dallas, TX (Near Mesquite)
Start Date: May 25
Pay: $18 hourly
This person will be working with 4 other people in the office and report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Do not apply unless you have ADVANCED skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, Creating graphs, Vlook-up, Macros)
This company is implementing a new system primarily based in Excel so they need someone with expert knowledge.
- Highly proficient PC skills-Excel, Word, Outlook and general PC navigation
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to multi-task with multiple interruptions
- Highly organized and ability to stay focused with little to no supervision
