**Job Description**

Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.

As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.

1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

**Responsibilities**

As a Consultant II on Oracle Cerner 's Federal Revenue Cycle team, you will consult with stakeholders on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. Federal consultants will work in a team environment setting to support and scale deployment across multiple waves. Federal consultants collaborate with key Federal stakeholders driving council and joint governance discussion. Consultants provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to key stakeholders. Other responsibilities include driving client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and making recommendations to clients. Consultants also mitigate solution risks and issues. They execute workflow and process improvement strategies.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ At least 5 years of total combined completed higher education and related work experience including:

+ At least 1 year of health care information technology consulting (HCIT), HCIT support and/or client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

+ At least 4 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

+ Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

+ Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Responsible for driving client-specific solution configuration design, testing, and communications

+ Proficient with MS Office Suite, workflows, Revenuecycle.exe

+ Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) - Healthcare Financial Management Association

+ Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - Healthcare Financial Management Association

+ Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) - American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management

Expectations

+ Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location; preferred location Kansas City

+ Must be willing to travel up to 80% as needed

+ Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

+ Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

+ Perform other responsibilities as assigned
