Job Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will design and lead engaging fitness classes and inspire our members to reach their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, experience instructing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety practices.
• Knowledge and understanding of the human body and ability to explain benefits of various exercises.
• Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and industry best practices.

• Certified Group Exercise Instructor or specialized certification (e.g., Zumba, cycling, Pilates, barre, etc.)
• Experience in leading group exercise classes.
• Strong understanding of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and human body.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
