Job Opportunity! Boca Raton Fl. Order Entry Processor Qualifications: Education: High school degree or equivalent. Experience: 1-2 years of data processing experience, preferably with a computerized human resources information system. Familiarity with basic human resources functions and standard policies and procedures. Skills: Strong data entry experience. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Working knowledge in payroll, human resources and benefit processing. Ability to proofread and validate data. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to articulate the inaccuracies or irrelevancies of the data submitted in the effective problem resolution process with contacts outside of the department. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate is a plus. Responsibilities: Responsible for verifying and processing confidential employee data into the computerized human resources information system. This includes ensuring that the correct paperwork for hiring employees, terminating employees, salary adjustments, personal information, etc. is received and accurately entered the data into the computerized system. Works closely with the payroll department to coordinate HR data as needed for payroll processing. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Review source documents for accuracy, proper approvals, and relevance of input and output data by visual examination and application of the company s human resources policies and practices. If any employee data is missing or incomplete, resolve discrepancy with the appropriate Human Resources Representative from corporate or the field offices. 2. Accurately enter data from confidential employee documents into the computerized human resources information system. 3. Validate the data entered is accurate in Oracle HRMS system and PeopleSoft payroll system. 4. Coordinate with payroll to streamline data and information for processing in the payroll system. 5. Answer inquiries from Human Resources, Corporate Compensation and other personnel in the field which the customer service team requires assistance. 6. Perform simple leave calculation based on company policy and coordinate payment with the payroll department. 7. Assist in elected benefit administration. 8. Execute basic queries. 9. Perform other duties as assigned.
