The Role:
Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee pre-construction and construction of a multifamily development that includes new ground up luxury apartments. This role will require the ability to manage timelines, manage for quality and communicate significant issues to staff and subcontractors. Review architectural drawings for coordination and completion. Scheduling of the daily activities Scheduling of subcontractor trades. Resolves contractual issues that arise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Interacting with inspectors and obtaining necessary approvals. Oversee in person the construction site and work progress.

Requirements:

Ground-Up Multi Family Experience
Experience in Wood Frame construction
Demonstrated success overseeing luxury, podium or wrap wood frame residential construction projects, with a successful track record on multiple such projects over the last several years.
Strong technical understanding of construction, architectural design, and engineering.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong abilities with Excel and MS Project or other similar project management software.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Driven by consumer demand, Britain’s petrochemical industry was experiencing an enormous period of growth. New plants had been springing up across the country since the war; Carrington, Stanlow, Easington, Fawley were just a few of the new oil and chemical refineries powering Britain’s consumer boom.
