Large healthcare organization in the Burlington, VT area is looking for candidates to fill the Reimbursement Manager opening. The Reimbursement Manager will report to a Director and will manage two team members. Responsible for all aspects of government reimbursement functions which includes Medicare Cost Report filings, audits and appeals. Must stay current with Federal and State regulatory payment changes and be able to communicate related changes effectively. Develops annual departmental budget and performs financial analysis for the department. Experience with Epic software preferred. Relocation is available. Excellent 0pportunity for professional growth and increased responsibility in the future.
Significant hands on healthcare reimbursement experience, previous management and leadership roles, financial analysis, budgeting, and ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the team. Bachelor’s degree required in finance or accounting, Master’s degree in related field is a plus. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years healthcare reimbursement experience as well as direct cost reporting and Epic software experience.
