IT Senior SharePoint Consultant
Location: Pentagon/Joint Base Andrews Position Summary
Deploy360 is seeking an experienced IT Senior SharePoint Consultant to design, implement, and
manage SharePoint solutions that support our expanding portfolio of IT automation and compliance
services. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to optimize their SharePoint
environments, develop advanced solutions, and integrate Microsoft 365 tools to enhance business
processes. Key Responsibilities: • Provide end-to-end support for SharePoint environments, including user management, permissions, site collections, and workflows. • Deliver accurate, high-quality documentation, including technical analyses, project plans, and training materials. • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools. • Configure and develop SharePoint solutions using CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, Power Platform, and adjacent Microsoft 365 technologies. • Analyze and normalize data structures to ensure application stability and data consistency. • Support day-to-day SharePoint operations, including troubleshooting user issues and implementing enhancements. • Create diagrams and technical documentation suitable for inclusion in security and compliance accreditation packages. • Work within an Agile SDLC environment, utilizing tools such as GitHub and version control systems for solution development and deployment. • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective adoption of SharePoint solutions. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 10 years working with SharePoint, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including Power Platform. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Certifications: SharePoint certification and Power Platform certification required. • Security Clearance: Active SECRET clearance required. , • Effective communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation and deliver effective training. • Proven expertise in analyzing and designing SharePoint solutions aligned with business goals. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting government or compliance-driven IT environments. • Familiarity with security frameworks and accreditation processes. • Knowledge of integrating SharePoint with Access, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.
