KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join the Global Quality & Risk Management (GQ&RM) organization which is a part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the GQ&RM Steering Group activity: Interact regularly with senior level leadership in GQ&RM and the GQ&RM Steering Group (Risk Management Partners of the big 8 member firms and Regional Risk Leadership)

  • Drive the content planning efforts with the GQ&RM Leadership team, own the outreach to the GQ&RM Steering Group presenters and attend each virtual and in person meeting

  • Support the logistical planning for all virtual and in person meetings working closely with and overseeing the executive administrator

  • Act as the site owner for the GQ&RM One Intranet site and develop the content strategy

  • Manage a holistic review of the GQ&RM One Intranet site to inspire change and lead a refresh of the site in line with our refreshed leadership structure and strategic priorities

  • Form a collaborative working group across GQ&RM, including dedicated contacts within the GCK team and our GQ&RM Internal Communications manager

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in an operational role preferably in a professional services firm environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or University

  • Experience interacting with senior leaders

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organisation skills and high attention to detail

  • Experience utilizing PMO tools

  • Some international travel will be required

Albany Salary Range: Low: $86100 - High: $157700
