Senior Financial Analyst, Digital Marketing
The Senior Financial Analyst, Digital Marketing Finance is responsible for providing financial analyses, reporting, and insights for digital media and email. Reporting to Digital Marketing Finance Manager, the SFA will be responsible for the financial evaluation all Victoria's Secret digital marketing and email programs working closely with Marketing and Finance cross-functional partners.

Your Impact
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reporting on total digital media and email program KPIs and results vs. projection, budget and prior year to identify trends and influence future program strategy
- Collaborate with cross functional partners on email and digital media teams to provide actionable insights and support reporting needs
- Drive monthly close and forecasting process for digital advertising expenses
- Support seasonal budgeting process for digital advertising expenses as well as in season expense management (identify variance drivers vs. forecast, budget, and prior year)
- Pull and aggregate large data sets to summarize learnings into digestible schedules or slides for presentation to executive leadership
- Key thought partner in supporting testing and analysis of marketing programs to optimize sales and profitability while delivering strategic intent of each program
- Understand and evaluate relationships between marketing programs and omni retail metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion, sales, etc.)
- Operate through a lens of continuous improvement, curiosity, and automation, offering recommendations with actionable solutions
Your Experience
- 3-5 years of financial experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, mathematics, or analytics required
- MBA or advance degree a plus
- Ability to independently model complex business questions/issues
- Ability to think analytically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with an environment of change and group decision making
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Advanced PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong systems skills required (especially in MicroStrategy)
