Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience and working ability to manage people in a complex and technical environnement.
First level of Management in Orange Cloud for business, Private Cloud Operations, you will be responsible for organizing IT services Delivery teams on a functional and technical basis. You will manages a team of up to 15 employees and you will be fully accountable for process efficiency . Responsible for organizing his/her team in order to meet the business targets within budget
People Management : You will participate in the development of individual training plan and will prepare the annual performance in collaboration with your line manager. You will be in charge of HR subjects such as recruitment and career development plans. Finally you will be responsible to ensure cohesion within the team and promote a good working atmosphere
• Operation Management : You will follow up on operations and ensures quality in delivery through ensuring that the Knowledgebase is up to date to support operations. You will Organize technical reviews/debrief and lead service improvement plan.
• Performance Management : You will analyze production indicators, workload, difficulties and ensure that rules and procedures are correctly followed up. You will analyze deviations from targets and malfunctions then proposing corrective actions (process, tools, skills)
• Project Management / Transversal activities : You will work on Transversal projects within the department and contributes on deliverables needed by the management
Ability to work under pressure and to deal with multiple tasks. • Excellent customer service skills. • Good IT/communications background and problem solving skills. • Good interpersonal, team-build and leadership skills. • Exemplary time management, organizational and communication skills. • Working hours flexibility – NOT 24/7 • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – specially French
