Manpower is currently assisting our client, a global manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment, in New Holland, PA with call center agents.
In this position you will call provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer, dealer, and 3rd party written inquires. You will assist customers with technical difficulties for online services as well as requests for payoffs, account balance, statements and payment schedule information.
This position offers you:
* Full Time Hours
* 1st shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Weekly pay
What you bring to the job:
* Successful candidates will have steady work history with a good attendance record
* Flexibility to work holidays, weekends and late nights as needed
* A BA or BS in Finance, Business Administration or related business field
* Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills in addition to verbal and written communications skills
* A positive attitude and proper phone etiquette and ability to discuss issues in a positive and constructive manner.
