LOAN OFFICER ASSISTANT

The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) will provide sales team assistance with borrower communication and requested documentation. Will abide by all the ethical rules and regulatory guidelines in all aspects of the work.

Duties 1. Retrieves the disclosures after the Customer E-signs 2. Reviews Documentation received to ensure it’s needed for our file 3. Labels documents in the unassigned efolder in encompass 4. Puts together an initial needs List 5. Updates encompass 1003 with gathered documentation data including income, assets, employment and address history and REO section 6. Gathers additional Docs required 7. Follows up with Borrower by phone, skype and email 8. Follows up on Fraud , Flood and VOE’s 9. Enters Fees received from title on the 2015 Itemization page 10. Pulls new MI quote to ensure nothing changed 11. Orders FHA case #’s (When applicable) 12. Sends Appraisal Link For Payment 13. Follows up on title 14. Follows up on homeowners insurance 15. Restructures the loan as required with input from the LO, management, Loan Help and processor 16. Runs DU 17. Keeps CRM updated

Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary Wage to be: Expectations & Guidelines Scheduled hours: 7:00 am to 4:00pm - Monday through Friday. This is flexible. Return all phone calls and emails: within 1 hour

Experience: Must possess 2 years of either originator, processor, or underwriter experience.

Experience with Encompass is preferred
