Peapod Digital Labs and Supplier Diversity Team are driven by putting the customer at the center of all they do and are constantly looking for ways to evolve the omnichannel grocery experience. We are a seeking positive, enthusiastic, team orientated individual who wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment to develop and execute high-value strategic initiatives to increase the diversity of the supplier base across the brands of Ahold Delhaize USA.

Supplier Diversity Associates work with the Managers and Leads and:

* Cleanses & consolidates complex data from multiple sources and turn these into simple, relevant and actionable insights that support the Supplier Diversity roadmap.
* Creates various Supplier Diversity scorecards by leveraging several sources of data.
* Assists with various ad hoc analysis and reporting using PowerBI, often in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders.
* Assists in the development and the utilization of innovative data visual presentation strategies to ensure data is conveyed in meaningful and interpretive formats for all stakeholders.
* Participates in key team discussions and share analysis, viewpoints and rationales.
* Cross-functionally helps shape successful business plans and strategic decisions through the assessment of the current environment and marketplace by analyzing various sources of data, researching competitors and leading internal cross-functional conversations.
* Develops strategic recommendations for the organization, often developing supporting analytics and presentations.
* Helps stand-up Tier 2 spending tracking and reporting process
* Sets up vendors on an as-needed basis.
* Processes POs, Invoices and routes other financial documents throughout the organization.
* Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Supplier Diversity Team.
* Supports overall Supplier Diversity initiatives and attends various events & panels as needed.
* Provides support to Vendor Strategy and Commercial strategy as needed.

* Strong PowerBI skills required
* Comfortable using data to tell a story and enjoys creating presentations
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Creative, structured, and objective problem solver, both conceptually and analytically
* Collaborative, enjoy working on teams, can work well with all levels of an organization
* Passionate about Supplier Diversity
* Ready to work hard in a fast-paced environment to create tangible change

The Essentials In Your Cart - The required ingredients

* Bachelor's degree required
* +2 years of eCommerce / retail Merchandising / retail Marketing / CPG or consulting experience is preferred
* Domestic travel required with minimal notice required up to 20% per year
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
