Physical Therapist

Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, located in southwest Las Vegas, Nevada, is a 364-bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Las Vegas and surrounding region. Job Description:

Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.

Job Requirements:

Education:  Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.

License/Certification: Nevada State Licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note below).  Current BCLS certification.

Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department

Note: May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognization of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with on-site direct supervision.

Testing: Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
