Summary: The Customer Service Representative is the first-line contact for customer issues and requires a polished professional with true customer dedication. You're a great match if you possess fantastic troubleshooting and analytical skills, are driven to help customers, and have the ability to dive deep into products to learn them inside and out.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Answer all questions related to the client's products completely and accurately, and escalate when necessary
*Educate and empower our customers to become better users of the client's services, directing them toward available resources for self-help as appropriate
*Own the customer experience and work to exceed their expectations. We want to treat our customers as if they were a guest in our homes
*Proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better
*Resolve customer concerns to the satisfaction of the customer, within Resolution Center guidelines (taught in training) and up to Company standards
*Use Resolution Center technologies and follow processes in accordance with standards to ensure case-handling accuracy and operational effectiveness, seeing all cases through from beginning to end and within necessary time frames
*Scrub calls for Client Services department to be used for training, removing all PII
*Maintain confidentiality of the organization's customer and data
*Participate in individual and team trainings and meetings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date
*Adhere to work schedule of 11:30am-8:00pm M-F
*Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
*High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus!
*2+ years of Customer Service or Call Center experience in an office setting, particularly in a smaller environment where a wide breadth of knowledge and detail is necessary
*Proficiency in MS Office and Internet, strong technical skills with ability to troubleshoot, including accurate data entry, and knowledge of / experience in customer-relationship management system(s)
