As an Internet Sales Coordinator at Lennar, you will be an integral part of our team. This position is responsible for independently responding to internet inquiries within a set period of time and establishing a relationship with the customer to convert the inquiry into an appointment or sale.

• Create and maintain MLS listings; including pricing, photos, videos, features.
• Respond to all leads cleared by the National Internet Center (NIC) by proactively contacting the customer the same day the lead is received.
• Establish a relationship with the customer and assist the customer in determining the best Lennar product for their needs.
• Develop customer leads into proactive, scheduled appointments.
• Send customers to Welcome Home Centers and assist New Home Consultant in making the sale.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Previous real estate experience required.
• Prior new homes sales or customer service background preferred.
• Must be organized, motivated, and efficient team player with a strong work ethic and strong desire to succeed.
• Must present a conservative business appearance.
• Must be professional with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
