Job Description

Sets up and types reports, memos, presentations and correspondence often of a technical and or confidential nature
• Helps monitor, assemble, distribute and file timely electronic clippings of media coverage
• Composes routine correspondence, sorts and distributes daily mail, answers routine inquiries, takes messages and directs callers to proper parties. Schedules appointments, meetings and keeps manager's calendar including department vacation calendar
•Assists with distribution of internal broadcast e-mails, working closely with HRIS to develop and maintain up
to date distribution lists for key internal groups
•Makes travel arrangements, maintains filing system, maintains magazine subscriptions and filing, assists in
organizing and expediting flow of work through manager's office
•Maintains and purchases supplies for department. Handles all invoices and expense reports. Coordinates
mailing distribution and returns of department publications and programs
• Acts as interface with internal and external customers
• Supports audio/visual and other set ups for events and meetings. Assists in corporate events
• Assists in maintenance of photo library. Manages and updates media lists for department
• Assists with basic AV equipment set up and helps manage the loaner equipment system


Job Requirements

2 years experience with experience with A and Payroll as well as someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office.
