Title: NetSuite Administrator/Manager
Location: Lakewood, NJ

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator/Manafer to oversee their operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the Company's NetSuite ERP solution. You will be the primary IT practitioner within the organization and will be supported by a team of managed services providers who will partner with to manager the company's ERP solution.

• NetSuite administration including master data management, order to cash processes, and reporting.
• Lead implementation of enhancements of Order to Cash solution as well as Phase 2 and beyond efforts.
  • Resource should be able to manage third-party system implementation partners and corresponding project schedule.
• Own ERP roadmap including assessing and identifying areas of improvement and requirements based on business requirements of all departments.
• Partner with managed service providers to:
  • Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software as it pertains to NetSuite ERP
  • Identify needs for upgrades, configurations, or new systems, and report to upper management.

Required Skills:

• Experience in implementation of NetSuite ERP & WMS or similar systems.
• Experience developing and managing operational dashboards using native NetSuite and Tableau.
• Experience working with ERPs and WMS systems. Preferably NetSuite or Oracle.
• Excellent organizational, leadership skills, and decision-making skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
• Proven experience as IT manager or similar role in manufacturing or distribution sector
• BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
