The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring ClearCaptions is hiring the best talent in the industry and help build our employer brand. This will be achieved through execution of recruiting plans, employing creative sourcing strategies and resources.
This position will report to the Human Resources Manager and work directly with hiring managers to identify desired skills and experience. This role is expected to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally which includes Software Development, Technology Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales and Customer Experience.
This position will work from a home-based office and will require availability to support our Corporate Operations in Pacific Standard Time.
Identify diverse Top Talent through aggressive sourcing methods which include internet research, social media, networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, advertisements, career events, associations and other sources as needed.
Determine qualifications of candidates based on job description criteria and select qualified candidates.
Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
Identify recruiting roadblocks/bottlenecks and work with leadership teams to solve them.
Build a diverse pipeline of world-class candidates using creative sourcing methods.
Leverage technology such as LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter, Job Boards and other protocols.
Manage, maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Drive the interview and offer process, including job descriptions, interview plans, salary recommendations and closing candidates.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports as required on sourcing activities.
Maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
Closely partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
3-5 years of recruiting experience with a combination of technical, marketing, sales and/or customer experience is required.
Background in corporate recruiting is a plus.
Experience with networking and directly sourcing candidates.
Experience qualifying, screening, assessing, managing relationships with hiring teams and business stakeholders and offer negotiation.
Knowledge of employment legislation and employment market trends is required.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Dayforce is preferred); strong MS Office Suite.
Ability to pivot quickly and prioritize a large and diverse requisition load in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
Possess strong relationship building skills, excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude, high level of initiative and emotional intelligence.
Able to demonstrate resourcefulness and high initiative.
Attention to detail with quality orientation is essential.
Work independently and possess a strong sense of teamwork.
Maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.

Viewing computer monitor and cell phone requiring close vision (40-60%)
Work is performed in a business office environment with remote availability.
