Job Description:

Join the exciting area of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience! An opportunity within the Third Party Business Continuity Planning & Testing team is open. The role is part of the Global Operational Continuity Resiliency & Services (GOCRS) organization which sets and measures compliance with enterprise requirements that ensure the company's ability to recover operations after a business continuity incident.

This role joins the Third Party Business Continuity Planning and Testing team as an individual contributor, driving out process improvements and risk management efforts to strengthen Third Party resiliency and adherence to Bank of America business continuity requirements. This successful candidate will be accountable for managing changes to Standards, procedures, training and communications as well as assist the Third Party Business Continuity Program Manager with Audit / Regulatory response as needed. In addition, this role will learn about other areas of Third Party Business Continuity through cross-training assignments.

Fundamental to this work is the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across several organizations including Global Procurement, Global Information Security, and Line of Business partners. The individual must be a results oriented self-starter, highly organized, possessing superior research and communication skills with the ability to drive projects forward to completion with minimal assistance. Previous Third Party Management as well as audit and regulatory response experience a plus. The individual should also have a good working knowledge of the Bank's risk culture.

* In depth knowledge of creating / updating bank standards and procedures
* Experience with business controls, governance, process design, risk identification and mitigation

* Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a changing environment
* Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products
* Knowledge of Business Continuity and related principles/standards

* Experience with Third Party Testing / Third Party Management
* Knowledge of Third Party Business Continuity and related policy/standards/processes
* Experience with planning and delivering change
* Process design/improvement experience
* Experience with Audit / Regulatory response
