As an Account Executive, you will be working with a smart and savvy sales team to create new business opportunities with both existing and new clients within your assigned territory. Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to reconnect on current needs

• Generate new business through entertainment, cold calling, door knocking and networking events

• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients

• Team up with recruiters through the interview and hiring process to ensure candidate placement and client satisfaction

• Manage ongoing client relationships through regular correspondence and client entertainment

Account Executive Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Upbeat, positive attitude

• Strong work ethic and the desire to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment

• Must be able to travel throughout the Chicagoland area
