POSITION: REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
We are looking for a highly compassionate and competent RN to do an initial assessment visit for our visually impaired client in Crawfordville 30631 .
Salary: $65 one-time initial assessment fee visit for new client
Job Type: PRN
Employer Type: Non-Medical Home Care
Qualifications & Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Valid and current RN license
CPR certified
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the service plan as applicable and regularly reassess the client's needs.
Participate in in-service programs, training, and teaching other personnel.
Develop and implement the service plan for each patient under the direction of their physician or family.
Observe and report symptoms, reactions to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition.
Initiate preventative procedures as appropriate for the patientâ€'s care and safety and effect changes in the environment to ensure patient safety and security.
Maintain clinical and progress notes for each patient receiving care and provide progress reports to their physician.
Coordinate services for patient
