Position: Referral Marketing Representative

Job Level: Entry-Level

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director

Shift: Full-time (40 hours)

Position Summary:

Referral Marketing Reps are crucial to growing and improving Blue Raven Solar’s internal lead channel by following up with new and existing customers to gather referrals and schedule appointments for our sales reps. Through phone, email, and text efforts, an RMR at Blue Raven generates 10-15 referrals per week. This job requires an upbeat, persistent personality with a customer-first mindset. Blue Raven offers a competitive Base plus Commission pay structure + benefits in addition to the swag, incentives, prizes, and team lunches to keep you personally and professionally satisfied.

Essential Duties:

  • Outbound lead generation and appointment setting efforts
    • Call, text, and email existing customers to educate them on our referral program
    • Enter referral leads into our CRM
    • Contact referral leads to schedule an appointment with a sales representative
  • Customer Management Efforts
    • Answer preliminary questions from leads and screen them to see if they qualify
    • Communicate effectively with sales representatives regarding the appointments you have scheduled to ensure a high pitch and close rate
    • Follow standard processes to ensure customers that submit referrals are paid the referral bonus
  • Create a minimum of 10 new referral leads per week
  • Call a minimum average of 75 customers per day
  • Maintain a quality score above 80% on calls and standard processes

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 1+ Direct sales (Door knocking), Inside sales (Sales Development/ Jr. AE), or Customer Service Experience (CSR)
  • Solar industry experience
  • Proven success in sales role
  • Familiar with using CRM’s and Telco software
