Full Stack JAVA Developer w/Spring Boot (Remote)

Proticom is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Java skills, particularly in the Spring Framework and Spring Security. We need a self-starter who takes initiative and has a high level of self-discipline.

Key Qualifications:

Technical Skills:Proficient in developing frameworks, APIs, and algorithms.
Familiar with design principles such as Hollywood, Liskov Substitution, and Open/Close.
Knowledgeable in design patterns like factory, visitor, composite, strategy, and command.
Experienced with Microservice architecture.
Strong debugging skills including configuring log tracing, remote profiling, and debugging.

Spring Framework:
Proficient in Spring Boot, including microservices architecture.
Able to run Spring as a fat jar and integrate Spring Security with various authentication methods (Form, OAuth, SAML).

Data Management:
Experience with HDFS/Spark, NoSQL (MongoDB), and SQL (able to query data).

AWS and Testing:
Experience with AWS deployment using Terraform.
Skilled in unit testing with frameworks like Mockito.
Familiar with integration builds and using Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
Bonus skills include containerizing with Docker and working with Kubernetes.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
An MBA or advanced degree is desirable.

Location: Remote position, working on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
