JOB TITLE: Receptionist/Sales Support
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming/outgoing phones.
- Distribution of mail, faxes and emails.
- Complete filing of various company records on a daily basis.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Prepare and publish daily and monthly sales reports.
- Order & maintain office supplies, upkeep of copy machines and postage machine.
- Clean Break Room daily & organize supply room.
- Upkeep of company calendar… vacations, visitors, etc.Varying projects assigned by all departments, (example: assembling engineering manuals, assist Marketing with literature mailings, data entry and other administrative projects).
- Work directly with Sales and Administration departments as needed. I.e.
- Set up meetings
- Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner, through open communication and balancing competing priorities.
- Ability to answer phones pleasantly & represent our company in a positive light.
- Competent computer skills ( Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM)Minimum two (2) years college or verifiable equivalent administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
