English Inside Sales Demand Generation Representative. Seeking (2) Demand Generation Representatives (DGR) who will work on a team of Business Development Managers in generating qualified end user leads and acquiring new business. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and selling skills, experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be readily available and willing to travel, and be able to handle significant autonomy and responsibility.
Execute sales prospecting activities.
Make outbound calls and educate the customer about clients Technologies portfolio and product.
Profile and qualify leads and disposition to appropriate team member (BD Manager / Business Partner).
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Company's products, technical architecture, industry characteristics, and competitive environment and be able to effectively communicate to customer senior management.
Work closely with marketing, inside sales and field-based teams to comprehend intent of specific campaigns and provide closed loop reporting on status of all leads.
Constantly update the customer relationship management database.
Perform duties in a complete, timely, energetic, courteous, friendly, sensitive and proactive manner.
Complete other duties and responsibilities as required.
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or career experience.
Demonstrated / tested ability to take initiative and be a rainmaker.
Demonstrated ability to give presentations both one-on-one and in group setting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent phone and communication skills.
Innate and overwhelming desire to sell.
Experience working with Microsoft suite of software including CRM.
• Storage and/or technology sales experience is preferred.
Sales/customer service experience. (Preferably have 1 years technology sales experience - Best Buy, Future Shop, etc.).
Basic understanding of Enterprise product (Server, Storage and/or networking or Understanding of Technology).
Basic understanding of Client product (Notebooks, Desktops and Workstations).
Excellent interpersonal, phone/communication, and relationship management skills.
Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
