Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician in Tyler, TX

TeamHealth Tyler, TX (Onsite) Full-Time
TeamHealth currently has full-time, part-time, and PRN openings for an emergency medicine (EM) physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) at UT Tyler Main. This position is located in the heart of Tyler, Texas, and a short drive from Dallas. Qualified candidates will have graduated from an accredited PA or NP program and have a minimum of 2+ years of experience preferred in emergency medicine.

  • UT Health Tyler, one of 10 facilities that comprise UT Health East Texas, is home to the region's only Level 1 Trauma Center, UT Health East Texas EMS and AIR 1
  • Designated as Level II primary stroke facility by the state of Texas
  • Enjoy working at the regional leader in trauma prevention and education
  • 15 ED physicians and 7 APPs
  • 36 beds plus three exam rooms- currently staffed at 24 (12 holding beds)
  • Participate as faculty in an ACGME emergency medicine program
