Job Type: Contract
Length: 8/20/19 – 5/19/20
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, M-F
Pay Rate: $34.00 - $38.60 per hour Summary: This position is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, startup environment in Company’s new Bank whose mission is to drive client and advisor value and a seamless experience by offering compelling bank solutions through a trusted advisor.    The launch of the Bank is a key strategic growth initiative for Company.  The Marketing Campaign Manager will be deeply skilled in driving awareness, adoption/acquisition and engagement for Banking products including Mortgage, Card and Pledge lending.  This individual will work with key product, marketing, data analytics, service ops and partners to launch targeted direct to consumer and advisor marketing campaigns leveraging data analytics, value and benefit oriented content creation that is simple, easy and actionable, across an optimized channel mix.  The role requires an analytical and creative thinker with proven experience of delivering acquisition and engagement results across direct and digital channels.  This is an opportunity to join a fast paced, high-performing team and drive significant results.    Responsibilities include:

  • Support in creating the acquisition and engagement marketing strategy and drive tactical execution of client journeys
  • Drive targeted segmentation, offer strategy, content creation and metrics
  • Create and manage marketing budget and forecasts
  • Partner with data analytics on targeting, modeling, segmentation and campaign analysis
  • Outline end:end client and advisor journey for each product
  • Partner with product and marketing to optimize experience and acquisition/engagement economics j
  • Collaborate with product on Test and Learn plans
  • Successfully manage and build cross function relationships across multiple internal and external partners

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do, problem solution mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills to inform marketing strategy and tactics
  • Self-Starter with ability to work independently and through ambiguity
  • Extensive Acquisition experience with knowledge of financial services ideally Mortgage
  • Proven track record of taking concepts into execution
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills with ability to interact and influence partners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – Ability to create and communication Marketing Campaign Goals, Strategy, Tactical Plans and Metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, while driving results
  • Desire to join high performing team in fast paced environment
