Why Join Us? We’re looking for a dedicated veterinarian to join our full-service small animal clinic, serving dogs, cats, and pocket pets in El Dorado Hills and Folsom, California. About Our Practice:
- Facility: Modern, remodeled facility (2020-2021) in the end unit of Lake Forest Plaza with three exam rooms, a spacious surgical suite, and a separate dental suite with digital dental X-ray. We also feature two separate entrance lobbies for dogs and cats, ensuring a stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. This separation is crucial for minimizing anxiety during visits and provides a more comfortable atmosphere for our patients.
- Equipment: Our practice is equipped with advanced technology, including surgical and cold therapy lasers, ultrasound, and in-house IDEXX lab equipment (ProCyte, Catalyst 1, Coag DX).
- Patient Base: 100% small animal (60% dogs, 40% cats).
- Unique Offerings: We specialize in integrative medicine, blending both western and eastern practices, including acupuncture and herbal therapy. We also have a DVM on the path to rehab certification!
Our RVT Team: Our practice is supported by a diverse and highly skilled team of four Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs), each with over 15 years of experience. Their expertise ensures smooth operational flow, allowing our DVMs to focus on practicing high-quality medicine. The RVTs play a crucial role in supporting our veterinarians, enabling them to provide the best care possible while also enhancing client communication and overall service delivery.

Benefits: At Veterinary Healing Center, we take employee well-being seriously. We offer a base salary ranging from $130,000 to $185,000 annually , plus production, for a 40-hour work week (4/10s). Additional benefits include:

Work Schedule:
- 4 weekdays, with flexibility for part-time hours.
